The following services are as defined in our terms of business, unless otherwise agreed.
Let Only: Marketing & advertising; negotiating offers; tenant checks;drawing & executing paperwork;third party contractor instruction where required. | 12% of the annual rent(10% plus VAT) |

Rent Collect: As above plus collection of rent | 15% of the annual rent(12.5% plus VAT) |

Renewal fees for extended, renewed and periodic tenancies:

Deposit Registration (annually): | £30 (£25 plus VAT) |

Inventory Make: | Subject to rates levied by the inventory company, between | £100 - £350 |

Renovations: | (Subject to minimum invoiced works of £500) | 12% of invoiced works (10% plus VAT) |
